Ingredients:
- 3 cups veg stock
- 16 frozen vegan-friendly dumplings
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 1/4 green chilli, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- salt and ground black pepper
Directions:
- Place the stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the frozen dumplings, cover, and boil for 6 minutes.
- Add the spring onion, chilli, garlic and soy sauce, and boil for 2 minutes Season with salt and black pepper.
