INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2-3 tbs honey [depending on how sweet you like it]
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- whisk balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and honey, then slowly whisk in oil. salt and pepper to taste.
- enjoy on favourite salad (i.e. mix greens, feta cheese, candied pecans, and strawberries)
