INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lb Ground beef (80/20) for a 9x13 pan; 2½ lb for a 10x15 pan
- Dried, minced onion
- Seasoning salt
- 6 slices of cheese
- Sliced dill pickles
- Dinner rolls
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Sprinkle dried minced onion on the bottom of the pan.
- Press ground beef into pan and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
- Place in oven for 25 minutes
- Remove and cover with cheese slices. Place back in oven for two minutes until cheese is melted.
- Slice the meat into as many square pieces as desired.
- Place meat between the buns, with some onion and dill pickles. Serve.
NOTES:
- Use 80/20 ground beef or else it'll be very dry
